In Short

• Conduct thorough technical documentation reviews of SaMD and devices using AI/ML.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Develop and present training to others in SGS or externally.
• Project manage reviews to maximize efficiencies and client satisfaction.
• Support queries raised from the review process.
• Adhere to KPIs set as an individual and within a team.
• Maintain personal competency for reviewing technical files.
• Provide high-level service throughout the SGS network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant sciences.
• Four years of professional experience in healthcare products.
• Two years in developing SaMD with knowledge of programming languages.
• Thorough knowledge of Software Life Cycle processes.
• Understanding of IEC standards related to software and AI.
• Good written English skills for report writing.
• Knowledge of Technical File codes desirable.
