In Short

• Join the Record-to-Report (R2R) team managing Oracle financial modules.
• Collaborate with business users and implementation partners.
• Analyze requirements and document business needs.
• Support prioritization of requirements.
• Deliver functional design documentation.
• Define and oversee user acceptance testing.
• Support deployment and rollout activities.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
• Involved in at least three ERP implementations.
• Familiar with business analysis techniques.
• Excellent English communication skills; other languages are a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills across time zones.
• Degree in Business or Finance preferred.
