Overview

The Global Commercial Product Manager ensures that the services related to the MDSAP & ISO13485 sector are commercially successful and have long-term viability.

In Short

• Overall responsibility for the successful management of the schemes (Audit, Certification, Training).
• Identify trends and opportunities for new products/solutions.
• Coordinate the overall GTM strategy for new global products.
• Provide commercial strategy/guidance for affiliates.
• Establish global and local pricing strategies.
• Support sales, marketing, and business development activities.
• Participate in relevant scheme owner committees.
• Develop business requirements for new products and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
• Adopt a safe behavior in line with SGS policies.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Sales and business development background in medical services or healthcare.
• Sales leadership experience in a matrixed environment.
• Understanding of ISO13485 and MDSAP (desirable).
• Experience in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (desirable).
• Quality assurance and auditing experience (desirable).
