Requirements

• University level education or equivalent
• 5-8 years of recruitment experience
• Good understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proven sourcing methods background
• Experience with C and E level stakeholders
• Exposure to IT, Pharmaceutical, Sustainability sectors is a plus
• Creative approach to talent acquisition
• Good IT skills and interest in data
• Fluent in English, other languages desirable
• Team player
