Consolidation Manager - Remote

Overview

As a key member of the Corporate Team, the Consolidation Manager will be responsible for the accurate and timely closing and analysis of SGS Group accounts, preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, and assisting subsidiaries with their financial submissions.

In Short

• Monitor the consolidation process and ensure timely submission of financial data.
• Liaise with Group Tax and Treasury for complex transactions.
• Maintain strong internal controls for consolidated accounts.
• Analyze financial statements for management reporting.
• Participate in the preparation of annual and other financial reports.
• Drive special activities related to financial close periods.
• Implement changes to Group reporting policies for compliance.
• Lead balance sheet reviews of key affiliates.
• Participate in special projects.
• Work in a multi-cultural and matrix environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting or CPA required.
• 10 years of experience in consolidation accounting or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience with ERP systems, Oracle, and Hyperion preferred.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel.
