Overview

Brightspeed is seeking a high-impact Manager, Consolidation & Long-Range Planning to lead the financial planning processes and drive strategic insights across the organization.

• Lead consolidated budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance or investment banking.
• Telecom or network-oriented business experience is preferred.
• Expert-level financial modeling and forecasting capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
