Aerospace Product Manager/ Lead Auditor - Remote

Overview

The Aerospace Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of the SGS North America ANAB Accredited Aerospace program to meet the requirements of AS9104 and ISO 17021. The role involves AS auditing activities as well as supporting the Aerospace business development activities.

In Short

• Lead the North America Aerospace Program and accreditation functions.
• Work proactively with the NAM Business Teams to enhance customer services.
• Carry out AS9100 and AS9120 audits as an AS Lead Auditor.
• Support business development activities in the Aerospace sector.
• Monitor all AS auditors for audit package turnaround time.
• Review all Aerospace client NCR submissions.
• Provide guidance and support for all AS auditors in the field.
• Conduct training for internal resources on AS Product.
• Maintain technical qualifications of the standard for self and the team.
• Attend quarterly Registration Management Committee meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or relevant discipline.
• Certified Aerospace Industry Experienced Lead auditor for AS9100 and AS9120 standards.
• Experience in Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, or Process Control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Compliance with Health & Safety and Professional Conduct Policies.
