Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations.
• Familiarity with agile concepts and Jira.
• High aptitude in Google Workspace, Jamf, and MacOS troubleshooting.
• Certifications in Jamf, Google Workspace, and Atlassian preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and improve processes.
• Experience with SOC 2, SOX, and PCI-DSS compliance.
