Overview

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and drive the success of Seso’s fast-growing insurance program. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives and other insurance brokers to integrate insurance solutions into Seso's product offerings and go-to-market motion.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to drive insurance sales as part of Seso’s overall product suite offering
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Seso’s workers compensation program on sales calls with prospects and existing Seso customers
  • Manage all insurance production activities throughout the application, quote, proposal and binding process
  • Develop strong relationships with underwriters to secure competitive terms for clients
  • Handle endorsement requests and ensure timely and accurate updates to policies
  • Assist clients with claims, as needed, including guidance on completing claims forms and navigating the claims process
  • Drive policy renewals and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive service and communication
  • Manage client requests for certificates of insurance, endorsements and other policy service-related inquiries
  • Log all customer and broker activity in company systems
  • Participates in continuing education to maintain licensure and industry credentials

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a P&C insurance broker, with strong command of workers compensation coverage, exposures and markets
  • Demonstrated knowledge of core insurance principles and structures, with ability to provide explanation to clients
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Familiarity with Applied Epic / EZLynx and Salesforce CRM
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus
  • Prior experience in Agriculture a plus
  • Prior experience in the tech industry a plus
