Overview

The Senior Information Security Analyst will be responsible for delivering innovative security solutions to reduce risk and protect the company and its customers, while working in a collaborative environment.

• Respond to customer security questions and issues.

• Participate in On-Call rotation for priority incidents.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• 4+ years of related experience or equivalent education.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• Knowledge of automation (Python, Bash scripting).
• Experience with data logging applications (e.g., Splunk).
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools (Qualys, Nessus).
• Knowledge of BurpSuite and OWASP Top 10 Vulnerabilities.
• Defensive security mindset and customer-first approach.
• Ability to explain complex issues to executives and customers.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred.
