ServiceNow is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Resource Management Partner to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the management and optimization of the Strategic Events financial and vendor resources while ensuring effective communication with leadership.

• Collaborate with department heads to develop comprehensive annual budgets.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess budgetary trends.
• Utilize historical data to forecast budget needs.
• Track and monitor budget performance against actual expenditures.
• Create purchase requests and collaborate with procurement.
• Manage the PO Accrual process and support budget owners.
• Drive quarterly vendor reviews and facilitate engagement with Strategic Sourcing.
• Share timely and accurate financial reports with management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline budget processes.
• Provide guidance and training on budgeting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in budgeting or financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex financial data.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
