The Principal Data Center Architect is a senior role responsible for setting technical direction and delivering strategic infrastructure outcomes across the ServiceNow global data center footprint, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Data Center operations.
• Deep knowledge of Data Center facilities and infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of networking/server architecture.
• Experience managing vendors in a Data Center environment.
• Strong analytical skills with multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to function independently in ambiguous situations.
• General documentation skills focused on technical processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL process methodologies is a plus.
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
