Corporate Accounting Manager, M&A Accounting - Remote

Overview

This role involves managing M&A accounting processes and ensuring accurate financial reporting while integrating acquired entities into the company's accounting framework.

In Short

• Ensure accurate financial statement impact for M&A activities.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Lead integration of acquired entities into accounting processes.

• Implement effective M&A accounting policies and controls.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including M&A roles.
• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and M&A processes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in complex environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
