Overview

As an Advisory Solution Consultant at ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales campaigns focused on Enterprise Architecture and Strategic Portfolio Management, leveraging your expertise to engage with clients and enhance their satisfaction.

In Short

  • Create and contribute to sales campaigns for Enterprise Architecture and Strategic Portfolio Management.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and nurture technical champions within client organizations.
  • Drive initiatives to cultivate a network of advocates promoting our products/services.
  • Establish alignment with Product Management and Engineering teams for product enhancements.
  • Support enablement for ecosystem members and facilitate customer workshops.
  • Contribute to a showcase of EA and SPM product suite solutions.
  • Demonstrate tailored solutions to customers and prospects.
  • Support marketing-led events and remain current on competitive analysis.
  • Understand business and technical problems addressed by the EA and SPM product suite.
  • Travel required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Enterprise level Pre-Sales Engineering experience within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to forge strong business relationships with C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in relevant industries.
  • Preferred certifications in Agile and technical certifications related to the company's products.
