  • Lead technical customer engagements for hyperscale data centers.
  • Craft customized solutions for industry-leading clients.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct site tours and technical sales calls.
  • Drive proposal generation and RFP responses.
  • Deliver presentations that address specific client needs.
  • Provide strategic insights on emerging technologies.
  • Enhance technical proficiency through knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and engineering teams.
  • Balance technical requirements with business realities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 7+ years of hands-on technical data center engineering experience.
  • Expert knowledge of data center mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Proven track record of building customer relationships.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 55% of time).
