It’s designed to take deliveries away from congested streets, make deliveries available to more people, and benefit local businesses. The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles while doing commercial deliveries.

In Short

• Join Serve Robotics as a Software Engineer on the Infrastructure team.
• Build tools for creating Serve’s software.
• Collect build system metrics to improve performance and reliability.
• Work with Platform and Autonomy teams to identify workflow inefficiencies.
• Maintain and improve Bazel based build system.
• Develop continuous integration infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot build issues and develop solutions.
• Provide guidance on build systems and tooling.
• Support hardware in the loop test infrastructure.
• Identify developer pain points and develop tools to solve them.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience using Bazel for multi-language builds.
• 3+ years of experience developing in C++ and one scripting language (Python or Bash).
• Experience with continuous integration platforms (Github Actions, Buildkite, Drone).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
