In Short

• Lead product and commercial legal matters for a robotics platform.
• Primary legal partner for product, engineering, and business development teams.
• Handle privacy compliance and complex commercial agreements.
• Draft and manage all commercial and IP-related agreements.
• Protect and enforce company IP rights.
• Ensure compliance across all robot operations and data collection.
• Navigate regulatory requirements for autonomous delivery robots.
• Provide legal guidance on product development.
• Support product liability and risk management initiatives.
• Manage IP due diligence for partnerships.

Requirements

• JD from accredited law school and active bar admission.
• 6+ years of legal experience in commercial transactions and IP law.
• Experience with privacy law (CCPA, BIPA, GDPR).
• In-house counsel experience preferred.
• Technology industry experience, ideally in robotics or mobility.
• Regulatory compliance experience in emerging technology sectors.
