Overview

Serve Robotics is seeking a Director of Systems Reliability & Field Resilience, responsible for continuously improving end-to-end operational reliability across our robotic delivery operations infrastructure.

In Short

• Lead a global systems reliability team to enhance operational reliability.
• Identify and resolve complex issues affecting delivery service quality.
• Manage the on-call and incident management processes.
• Utilize data to improve system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical engineering or operations, with 3 years in leadership.
• Experience with complex distributed systems and system debugging.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog and Grafana.
• Strong understanding of hardware/software integration in cloud-connected devices.
• Proven success in incident response or SRE functions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong data and dashboarding skills.
