Overview

The VP HOA Relationship Manager is responsible for driving new business and providing consultative support specifically tailored to Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and property management companies.

In Short

  • Proactively generate new business by identifying market opportunities through cold calls, warm leads, and referrals.
  • Drive sales growth by understanding the unique needs of HOAs and property management companies.
  • Maintain a dynamic sales pipeline and provide real-time updates using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to expand product offerings through on-site and remote meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service related to Deposit and Treasury Management products.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer agreements and requests.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Attend training sessions to maintain knowledge of industry regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Deposit and Treasury Management Sales.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and operational policies.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Sales Force preferred.
