Overview

The Customer Onboarding Specialist will lead onboarding for global enterprise clients onto a SaaS platform. This is a remote part-time position (around 15-20 hours per week) which is required to support clients in the Europe time zone.

In Short

  • Lead enterprise client onboarding from kickoff to deployment, ensuring a smooth rollout.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices for setup, governance, integrations, and scaling.
  • Host client meetings and workshops to support platform adoption and collaboration workflows.
  • Support workspace migrations, including multi-account consolidations and divestitures.
  • Provide technical support related to APIs, automation, and integration workflows (with support from technical teams).
  • Monitor progress and proactively assist clients between touchpoints to ensure adoption success.
  • Continuously stay up-to-date on onboarding playbooks, internal tools, and enablement materials.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer implementation, technical consulting, or enterprise customer success.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple onboarding projects in parallel.
  • Strong in English communication; comfortable working across time zones with European clients and technical teams.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a fully remote environment.
