In Short

• Ensure correct setup of machines and equipment for operations.
• Execute startup procedures for new machines, adhering to all specifications.
• Develop and set production recipes, making necessary mechanical and electrical adjustments.
• Test mechanical and electronic adjustments and monitor production variables.
• Control and maintain process stability, focusing on Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM).
• Provide technical support during testing and commissioning of new products.

Requirements

• High school diploma in Mechanical, Automation, or related field.
• Applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical/electronic systems.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of thermoplastic polymer properties and behavior (a plus).
• Basic understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
