Junior Architectural Technologist - Remote

Overview

Architecture49 is seeking a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our Seaway team.

In Short

• Producing technical design and contract documents in compliance with Owner’s Statement of Requirements.
• Design and technical modelling using REVIT software at all project phases.
• Assisting in the setup of projects in BIM environment.
• Working with senior team members during the production of design and contract documents.
• Coordinating with project sub-consultants.
• Assisting with contract administration.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in architectural and building technology from an accredited technical college.
• 2+ years’ working as an Architectural Technologist for an Architectural consulting firm.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and ability to detail architectural building systems.
• Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows.
• Experience with REVIT and AutoCAD software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment.
• Bilingual French and English would be considered an asset.
