Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, compliant transactions across our team. In this role, you will manage transaction workflows end-to-end, including document compliance, commission processing, and agent support.

• Manage transaction workflows from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with brokerage and state-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience processing real estate transactions.
• SkySlope experience preferred.
• Experience with real estate transactions in Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada.
• Real Estate license a plus.
