Graphic Designer - Remote

Overview

The Graphic Designer is a hands-on design role for someone who can operate at both a creative and operational level, responsible for producing high-quality work across a wide range of outputs while contributing to brand development.

• Design and produce high-quality marketing and branding assets across digital and print.
• Support agents and new developments with full lifecycle marketing.
• Lead new development projects including pitch materials and brand identity.
• Develop brand identities and contribute to brand positioning.
• Present and communicate creative concepts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on new development initiatives.
• Execute within established templates while maintaining design quality.
• Build and maintain the corporate template library.
• Participate in internal workshops on branding and design.
• Manage priorities effectively and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in graphic design with a marketing focus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience designing for both digital and print environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with structured execution.
• Strong time management skills.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
• Nice to have: Motion or animation experience, UI/UX design experience.
