Design, develop, and integrate server-side applications.
Ensure solution alignment with business requirements.
Provide technical leadership in design and development.
Mentor resources and coordinate technical tasks.
Maintain code quality through reviews and best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of Java backend development (Java 17+).
Experience in banking/financial systems (preferred).
Proficiency in microservices, Kafka, and REST APIs.
Knowledge of Spring, OAuth2, JUnit, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Sonar, Bitbucket).
Intermediate-advanced English.
