Part-Time Guest Relations Representative - Remote

Overview

Responsible for proactively meeting, greeting, directing and assisting patients and guests. Ensures a seamless flow of operations into facility.

In Short

• Meet, greet, and assist patients and guests.
• Ensure smooth operations in the facility.
• Assist with patient registration and vendor check-in.
• Conduct facility tours.
• Perform Notary acts and other business services.
• Manage and work closely with volunteers.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related experience in customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a hospitable personality.
• Basic typing skills and proficiency in office equipment.

Requirements

• Calmness, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism in handling situations.
• Dependable and accessible, with occasional on-call availability.
• Hospital experience is recommended.
• Ability to use a computer terminal to access information.
