In Short

  • Full-Time Medical Assistant position available in Norfolk/Chesapeake, VA.
  • Monday-Friday, Dayshift; no nights, holidays, or weekends required.
  • Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
  • Perform patient care tasks and administrative duties.
  • Requires certification as a Medical Assistant or EMT Basic Certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year of clinical/administrative experience preferred.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification.

  • 1 year of clinical or administrative experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow department policies and procedures.
  • Effective inter-departmental interaction skills.
