• Seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Director of Care position.
• This hybrid role includes office-based work, remote administrative duties, and in-home client assessments.
• Responsibilities include developing care operations and supporting caregivers.
• Conduct in-home client assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Lead caregiver recruitment, training, and supervision.
• Oversee scheduling, coordination, and daily operations.
• Represent the organization at community events and networking meetings.
• Requires current LPN license in British Columbia and 3 years of nursing experience.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in British Columbia.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with hybrid work environment.
• Confident with public speaking and community networking.
• Adaptable and proactive, comfortable in a startup environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
