Overview

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Pine Bluff, AR. This role involves close collaboration with Resident Physicians to ensure exceptional patient care and efficient clinic operations.

In Short

• Assist with patient preparation and clinical procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
• Document patient data in the EMR.
• Coordinate ancillary services and referrals.
• Provide education for vaccinations.
• Assist physicians with procedures.

Requirements

• Current LPN license by the State of Arkansas.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• One year of clinical nursing experience or equivalent medical experience.
• Strong organizational skills and computer knowledge.
• Preferred: CPR certification and ambulatory experience.
• Knowledge of data processing and EMR systems.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Attention to communication skills.
• Ability to make independent judgments.
