In Short

• Design and release engineer for HVAC control modules and sensors.
• Work with suppliers and other engineering areas.
• Write source packages, specifications, and requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships to meet program timing.
• Collaborate with HVAC software and calibration teams.
• Track and resolve issues during development and production.
• 5+ years experience in automotive HVAC control module design.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Medium to long-term contract position.
• Must reside and be authorized to work in Mexico.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with DFMEA and DVP&R.
• Knowledge of CAN/LIN bus and circuit analysis.
• Experience with CAD tools like NX or Team Center.
• Proactive and reactive quality tool experience.
• Automotive assembly plant experience preferred.
• Self-starter and results-oriented.
