Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in data engineering or technical operations.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with Bash and Git.
• Detail-oriented mindset when working with sensitive data.
• A self-starter with a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with healthcare data is a plus.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations like HIPAA is a bonus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Google Cloud or AWS is advantageous.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced operational role is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a startup-style environment.
