We are seeking a skilled, creative, and passionate Video Editor to join the team behind Seedworld, an upcoming survival game, where you will create engaging video content tailored for social media.

In Short

• Work with the Marketing Producer to create short form video content.
• Edit long-form and short-form marketing videos.
• Repurpose gameplay footage into engaging video formats.
• Ensure content aligns with the Seedworld brand.
• Stay updated with editing trends and platform algorithms.
• Collaborate with other designers and editors.
• Maintain organized project files for efficient collaboration.
• Participate in ideation sessions and provide feedback.
• Bring creative concepts to life with pacing, music, and effects.
• Work independently while delivering quality work on time.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in video editing.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Understanding of social media, especially vertical content.
• Strong visual storytelling skills.
• Solid graphic design skills for thumbnails and overlays.
• Avid gamer with knowledge of game culture.
• Excellent sense of pacing and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in working with different aspect ratios and resolutions.
