Overview

As a Remote Team Lead at Sedgwick, you will supervise multiple teams responsible for disability claims, ensuring efficient operations and providing guidance to your colleagues.

Requirements

  • Six years of claims experience required.
  • Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of claims management procedures.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office.
