Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of claims management experience required.
• Knowledge of personal and commercial line property policies.
• Experience with property estimating software.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
