Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy and accountability in handling claims.
• Experience with arbitration and litigation processes.
• Familiarity with PIP/No-Fault claims is preferred.
