Overview

The Claims Adjuster role involves analyzing and managing mid- to high-level auto claims, ensuring adherence to company standards while negotiating settlements and maintaining client relationships.

• Analyze mid- and higher-level auto claims.
• Determine scope of damages and ongoing adjudication.
• Identify subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements.
• Manage claims payments and reserve values.
• Communicate claim actions with claimants and clients.
• Ensure proper documentation and claims coding.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Travel as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable preferred.
• Four years of claims management experience required.
• Current adjusters license highly preferred.
• Subject matter expert in insurance principles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
