Overview

As the key Customer Success Manager for Securly UK, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with schools and multi-academy trusts across the United Kingdom.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in the UK education sector.
  • 2+ years in consultative, customer-facing roles.
  • Track record of managing high-volume accounts.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight).
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
  • Understanding of UK education sector trends.
  • Results-driven with a growth mindset.
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience presenting to school leadership teams.
  • Right to work in the UK is required.
