Embedded Service Manager – Global Clients - Remote

Overview

The Embedded Service Manager will oversee service operations for physical security systems within a mission-critical data centre environment for a Tier One global client. This role acts as the operational link between client stakeholders, local contractors, and Securitas Global Clients Technology (GCT) governance teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing service delivery for enterprise-level security systems.
• Knowledge of CCure, CCTV, and PIDS systems; familiarity with Genetec, Milestone, Axis, or Gallagher is advantageous.
• Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and service performance reporting.
• Right to work in Ireland required.
• Technical understanding of physical security systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Calm and adaptable under pressure.
• Analytical and structured, capable of translating operational data into insights.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
