Senior Accounts Receivable Team Lead - Remote

Overview

The Senior Accounts Receivable Team Lead will oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely processing of receivables and resolution of complex accounts while supporting the collection of customer invoices.

• Lead the accounts receivable aging process and find solutions for complex accounts.
• Ensure timely processing of receivables and customer follow-ups.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years of experience with billing and collections.
• Experience in resolving escalations and complex accounts.
• Knowledge of accounting applications in a computerized environment.
• Strong history with detailed account reconciliations.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
