Overview

As a Practice Administration Consultant, you will operate as the “boots on the ground” Care Team member for specified medical practices, managing the end-to-end workflow to support the deployment and reconciliation of clinical documentation alerts.

In Short

  • Operate as the primary contact for specified outpatient medical practices.
  • Navigate EMR and paper systems for patient clinical documentation.
  • Align with the Client Delivery Manager for CDI Alert distribution.
  • Submit daily reports to the Care Team for effective management.
  • Assess program performance and notify the Care Team of challenges.
  • Follow coding and workflow guidelines specific to SWDS.
  • Respond to provider inquiries regarding ICD-10-CM diagnoses.
  • Coordinate physician education as needed.
  • Participate in program and process improvement activities.
  • Additional duties as necessary to meet client obligations.

Requirements

  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced understanding of medical terminology and disease processes.
  • Knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines.
  • Advanced technical skills in MS Office.
  • Ability to utilize various electronic medical records systems.
  • Ability to manage significant workload under pressure.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and dependability.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
