Requirements

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience.
• 4+ years in or leading Talent Acquisition.
• 5+ years at the Director level or above.
• Proven experience in high-growth technology or gaming companies.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices and compliance.
• Strong leadership in People Operations and Employee Engagement.
• Experience with HR technology and data analytics.
• Nice to have: remote team leadership experience.
• Master’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• International HR experience is a plus.
