Overview

Seattle Children's Hospital is seeking an experienced EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst to support the innovative Epic Community Connect program, enhancing pediatric care coordination and outcomes.

In Short

  • Provide application support for Community Connect partners and primary care clinics.
  • Design, build, and implement clinical workflows within the EpicCare Ambulatory application.
  • Work with a focus on customer-facing interactions and problem-solving.
  • Required to have Epic Certification within 6 months of employment.
  • Minimum of five years of experience with clinical applications and systems.
  • Experience in project management skills, tools, and methodologies.
  • Ability to lead committees and projects effectively.
  • Preferred experience with Epic Hyperspace applications.
  • Remote position available for specific states.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Five years of experience in clinical, hospital, or financial applications.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of technical principles and concepts.
  • Epic Certification required within 6 months.
  • Preferred: Licensed Pharmacy Technician if working in Pharmacy.
