Senior Epic MyChart Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position is for an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst who will play a vital role in building an innovative Epic Community Connect program to enhance pediatric care coordination and outcomes.

• Key contributor to the Community Connect program.
• Responsible for configuring and optimizing Epic MyChart application.
• Enhance patient access to health records and appointment scheduling.
• Provide support for Seattle Children's Hospital and primary care clinics.

• Experience in specialty build and patient engagement support.
• Epic Certification required within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum of five years of experience with clinical applications.
• Proven project management skills and experience leading committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Five years of experience with clinical, hospital, or financial applications.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to apply standard principles related to technical discipline.
• Preferred: Experience with Epic Hyperspace applications.
• Licensed as Pharmacy Technician if working in Pharmacy.
