Trainee E-Commerce Manager - Remote

Overview

You will create your own Google Ads & Shopping campaigns that will be shown to hundreds of thousands of searchers, leading to great feedback in the form of numerous orders in our customers' online shops.

In Short

• Translate customer goals into effective performance campaigns in Google Ads & Shopping.
• Support main contacts in managing our customers.
• Assist in the management, optimization, and expansion of Google Ads and online shop revenues for our customers.
• Participate in weekly update calls with our customers.
• Collaborate with the extended marketing team and management.
• Support the use of the latest Google Ads & E-Commerce technologies for optimal performance.
• Assist in conducting A/B tests and optimizing internal and external processes.

Requirements

• Initial practical experience in Google Ads, E-Commerce, or Online Marketing, e.g., through internships or part-time jobs.
• Or a completed business degree with a focus on E-Commerce, media and communication sciences, or similar.
• Interest in active customer support and enjoyment in it.
• Strength in effective communication.
• Good analytical skills and proactive action.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Passion for online marketing.
• A talent for listening and responding to the needs of others.
• Ideally, a completed training as an E-Commerce merchant or marketing communication or a degree in a relevant field.
• Willingness to learn new things and develop further.
