In Short

• Develop data-driven strategies for Search, Shopping, and PMax campaigns.
• Analyze target audiences and funnels to create scalable campaign structures.
• Manage budgets and bidding strategies in Google Ads.
• Optimize ad texts, audience targeting, and creatives based on data insights.
• Evaluate KPIs like ROAS, conversion rates, and CTR.
• Collaborate closely with Account Management, Copywriting, and Tracking teams.
• Communicate findings clearly with clients and team members.
• Work on performance optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
• Participate in the growth and development of your accounts.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads, preferably in E-Commerce.
• Proven track record of optimizing and scaling Google Ads accounts.
• Strong understanding of Search, Shopping, and PMax campaigns.
• Ability to work with data, budgets, and marketing materials.
• Structured work approach and high quality awareness.
• Willingness to develop professionally and personally.
