In Short

• Identify clients needing account documentation updates.
• Coordinate with clients for required account information updates.
• Process documentation per industry rules including the US Patriot Act.
• Review documentation for accuracy and maintain detailed records.
• Respond to account opening questions from new clients.
• Correspond professionally with clients and team members.
• Maintain a database of accounts needing updates.
• Follow internal policies for suspicious account activity.

Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to interface with institutional clients.
• College degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of financial onboarding documentation.
• Adept in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous and organized.
• Strong research and reporting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
