Creative & Marketing Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a Creative & Marketing Operations Specialist who can combine creativity, strategy, and technical know-how to bring our brand to life.

In Short

• Design engaging graphics for events, rebranding, and marketing campaigns
• Edit short-form videos for social media, events, and podcast content
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials
• Update and maintain website pages in WordPress
• Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and lead magnets in Go High Level (GHL)
• Draft, edit, and send email and SMS campaigns
• Upload and manage podcast episodes, show notes, and related content
• Coordinate with the Operations team for timelines and deliverables
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of marketing tasks
• Opportunity to shape campaigns and digital experiences

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and Go High Level (GHL)
• Strong writing and editing skills for marketing content
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Experience managing podcasts or content publishing is a plus
• Knowledge of SEO and blog optimization is a plus
• Background in event marketing or creative production is a plus
