Head of Growth - Remote

Overview

The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance optimization, Shopify platforms, and eCommerce technology.

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies across all DTC channels.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.
• Optimize the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
• Oversee the Shopify Plus environment and app integrations.
• Manage paid acquisition channels with a focus on ROAS and CPA goals.
• Drive conversion rate optimization using various tools.
• Develop email and SMS marketing strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketers and developers.
• Work closely with creative, tech, and product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DTC growth marketing.
• Advanced knowledge of Shopify Plus.
• Proven success in scaling DTC brands.
• Strong technical understanding of web analytics.
• Experience managing performance marketing channels.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRO tools.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
