• Lead design across the Growth pillar for customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Mentor other growth designers.
• Own growth strategy and execution on various initiatives.
• Partner with product, data analytics, user research, engineering, and customer support.
• Run A/B tests to optimize user flows.
• Create user-centered designs based on data and research.
• Visualize complex design solutions through various design artifacts.
• Maintain detailed design documentation and specifications.
• Present work to senior leaders for feedback.
• Continuously improve user experience using metrics.

Requirements

• 6+ years as a product designer with a strong portfolio.
• High bar for visual polish and fluency in UX best practices.
• Strong initiative, empathy, and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
• Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Passionate about customer-centric design.
• Growth mindset for continuous learning.
