In Short

• Lead design across our Growth pillar.
• Drive customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Mentor other growth designers.
• Own growth strategy and execution on various initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, data analytics, and user research teams.
• Run A/B tests to optimize user flows.
• Visualize and communicate complex design solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed design documentation.
• Regularly present work to senior leaders.
• Use metrics to continuously improve user experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years as a product designer with a strong portfolio.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
• High bar for visual design and UX best practices.
• Strong initiative, empathy, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
